    • Disclosed is a catalyst for removing complex foul odors and a method for producing the same, wherein foul odors, which are usually generated in food treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, and excrement treatment plants, can be effectively treated. The catalyst of the present invention is obtained by dipping a porous carrier in a dipping solution containing active ingredients and comprises: a porous carrier which is produced by mixing titanium dioxide (TiO_2) and alumina (Al_2O_3) having a weight which is equivalent to or less than the titanium dioxide (TiO_2) and has a specific surface area of 50-100 m^2/g; and an active ingredient dipped in the porous carrier, wherein the active ingredient is produced by dissolving water-soluble manganese oxide, water-soluble copper oxide, or a mixture thereof in water. The porous carrier includes titanium dioxide (TiO_2) of 60-95 wt% based on the weight of the mixture of titanium dioxide (TiO_2) and alumina (Al_2O_3).
