    • PURPOSE: A composition containing mesenchymal stem cell culture medium derived from fetus in amniotic fluid is provided to promote hair growth and to prevent hair loss. CONSTITUTION: A composition for promoting hair growth or preventing hair loss contains mesenchymal stem cell culture medium derived from fetus in amniotic fluid as an active ingredient. The culture medium for mesenchymal stem cell contains transferring, alpha-2-HS-glycoprotein, collagenase and MMPs(matrix metalloproteinases). A method for manufacturing the composition for promoting hair growth or preventing hair loss comprises: a step of isolating fetus-derived cells; a step of sub-culturing the cells in the medium containing FBS and bFGF to obtain mesenchymal stem cells; a step of culturing the mesenchymal stem cell in serum-free medium or DMEM/F12-ITS(Insulin-Transferrin-Selenite) medium for 1-10 days to obtain conditioned medium; and a step of collecting the conditioned medium culture liquid.

    • PURPOSE: A mesenchymal stem cell derived from fetus in amniotic fluid by culturing is provided to ensure pluripotency and to massively produce growth factors. CONSTITUTION: A mesenchymal stem cell derived from fetus in amniotic fluid is prepared by culturing the fetus-derived cells in a medium containing 10% of FBS(fetal bovaine seru) and 1-20 ng/ml of bFGF(basic fibroblast growth factor). The medium is low glucose DMEM(Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's Medium) medium. The mesoderm-derived cell is adipocyte, osteocyte, or chondrocyte. A method for massively producing the human growth factor from mesenchymal stem cell comprises: a step of isolating fetus-derived cell from a lying-in women; a step of sub-culturing in a medium containing FBS and bFGF to obtain mesenchymal stem cells; and a step of culturing the mesenchymal stem cell in serum free medium for 2-7 days to prepare a conditioned medium.
