    • PURPOSE: A repairing fluid injection apparatus for the crack repair of a concrete structure is provided to maximize the filling efficiency of repairing fluid by enough injecting the repairing fluid to the deep part of a crack. CONSTITUTION: A repairing fluid injection apparatus for the crack repair of a concrete structure comprises a fixing plate(10), a cylinder body(20), a cylinder cover(30), a piston rod(40), a packing(50), and a spring(60). The fixing plate is adhered to the cracked part of a concrete structure and has an inlet(11). One end of the cylinder body is screwed on the inlet of the fixing plate. The cylinder body is composed of a transparent material. The cylinder cover is screwed on one opened end of the cylinder body. The piston rod is inserted into the cylinder body through the center of the cylinder cover. The packing is coupled to an insertion end inserted into the cylinder body. The spring is coupled to the piston rod inside the cylinder body.

    • PURPOSE: A method for injecting a repairing liquid for repairing cracks on a concrete structure is provided to enable a worker to confirm the pressure and the used amount of a repairing liquid when the repairing liquid is injected. CONSTITUTION: A method for injecting a repairing liquid for repairing cracks on a concrete structure is as follows. The surface of concrete is grinded to remove cracks. Syringes(20) are fixed to the cracked surface of the concrete at 15~20cm intervals. The first syringe among the syringes is filled with a repairing liquid using a pump and injects the repairing liquid into the cracked surface. The injection pressure and state of the repairing liquid are monitored. When the first syringe injects the repairing liquid, the second syringe exhausts air. When the repairing liquid flows out of the second syringe, the pump is removed from the first syringe, and the second syringe is filled with the repairing liquid using the pump moved from the first syringe to the second syringe. When the second syringe injects the repairing liquid, the third syringe exhausts air.
