      이와 같은 상온유화 아스팔트 혼합물은 수침에 대한 안정도와 마모에 대한 저항도가 높아 내구성이 높아진다.

    • PURPOSE: Anti-corrosive brass alloy with a low content of lead is provided to prevent lead extraction and corrosion resulting from dezincification. CONSTITUTION: Anti-corrosive brass alloy with a low content of lead comprises copper(Cu) of 61.5-62.5 weight%, lead(Pb) of 0.01-0.15 weight%, iron(Fe) of 0.01-0.1 weight%, tin(Sn) of 0.3-1.0 weight%, aluminum(Al) of 0.55-0.7 weight%, nickel(Ni) of 0.01-0.1 weight%, bismuth(Bi) of 0.6-1.0 weight%, arsenic(As) of 0.10-0.15 weight%, and zinc(Zn) alloy components of the remaining amount. The content of aluminum is not over 0.5% in order to improve the mobility and castability of the brass alloy.

    • PURPOSE: A process for producing asphalt concrete mixture is provided to reduce deformation of pavement along transverse direction and to accomplish favorable surface roughness and rapid melting-away of snow from the block by utilizing waste glass together with SBR latex. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises mixing 5-10 wt.% of waste glass aggregates having various particle size distribution ranging from 13-2.36mm, 13-4.75mm, 10-4.75mm or 4.75-2.36mm and maximum sizes of 13mm, 10mm or 4.75mm, respectively into the asphalt concrete composition depending on marshall stability, dynamic stability and different road and traffic conditions. The asphalt materials are classified as AC60-70 and AC85-100. The asphalt composition can further contain SBR(Styrene-Butadiene Rubber) latex of desired contents as a reforming agent to prevent release of waste glass.

The cold-mix bituminous emulsion asphalt containing waste asphalt aggregate comprises: (i) 100 wt. parts of aggregate comprising 26-30 wt. parts of fine aggregate made of broken sand having diameter of less than 6 millimeter, 25-29 wt. parts of medium aggregate having diameter of 6-19 millimeter, 11-17 wt. parts of aggregate having diameter of 19-40 millimeter and 28-42 wt. parts of waste asphalt aggregate having diameter of less than 25 millimeter; (ii) 3-5 wt. parts of water; and (iii) 2.5-7 wt. parts of slow-hardening type emulsion asphalt.
