    • A method for mixed-culturing Bacillus polyfermenticus and Saccharomyces cerevisiae is provided to be able to produce a feed additive showing excellent effects such as mortality decrease and body weight increase due to interaction between the Bacillus polyfermenticus and Saccharomyces cerevisiae. A method for mixed-culturing Bacillus polyfermenticus and Saccharomyces cerevisiae comprises the steps of: (a) inoculating Saccharomyces cerevisiae into a producing culture medium and then culturing it; and (b) inoculating Bacillus polyfermenticus into the producing culture medium after 9-15 hours are passed from the step(a) and then culturing it at a temperature of 30-37 deg.C under the pH of 6.0-8.0 with the air flow amount of 0.5-1.0 vvm. A culture medium composition for mixed-culturing Bacillus polyfermenticus and Saccharomyces cerevisiae comprises an ingredient consisting of 1-13 wt.% of glucose, 1-14 wt.% of corn starch, 1-3 wt.% of bacto-tryptone, and 1-3 wt.% of an yeast extract; and 0.05-0.3 wt.% of calcium chloride dihydrate, 0.05-0.5 wt.% of ammonium sulfate, 0.5-3 wt.% of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.5-3 wt.% of potassium phosphate dibasic; 0.001-0.01 wt.% of FeSO4.7H2O, and 0.001-0.01 wt.% of ZnSO4.7H2O as trace ingredients.
