    • PURPOSE: An automatic teaching method for PCB test device is provided to perform an automatic teaching operation by utilizing the mounting data of components mounted on a PCB(Printed Circuit Board). CONSTITUTION: An automatic teaching method for PCB test device includes a data conversion process(S1000), a coordinate transformation process(S2000), and a teaching process(S3000). The data conversion process(S1000) is to convert the mounting data to the teaching data. The coordinate transformation process(S2000) is to transform the coordinates of the converted data of the data conversion process(S1000) to the coordinates of a test device. The teaching process(S3000) is to teach components on the basis of the transformed coordinates.

    • A vision inspection system equipped with a laser displacement sensor and a method thereof are provided to increase measurement accuracy by rotating a three-dimensional measurement device in a direction for canceling interference in an optical path. A vision inspection system equipped with a laser displacement sensor comprises as follows. A main body is equipped with a transfer unit. A movable member(20) installed on the main body moves in a scan direction of an X-Y axis. A two-dimensional measurement unit(30) is moved in a scan direction of an X-axis or a Y-axis by the movable member. A three-dimensional measurement unit(40) is equipped with a light emitting unit and a light receiving unit to measure mounting height of objects. A rotation motor(50) is driven by turning on/off a switch. And, a main controller(60) determines normal mounting state of objects by reading an image obtained from the two-dimensional measurement unit and a measurement signal transmitted from the three-dimensional measurement unit.

    • A vision inspection system using divided lighting is provided to detect mounting state of an object by dividing a lighting unit into a plurality of areas and lighting the areas independently. A vision inspection system using divided lighting comprises a main body(10), a lighting unit(20), a camera module(30) and a vision processing unit(40). The vision inspection system inspects a state of a component mounted on a printed circuit board(PCB). The lighting unit is divided into a plurality of areas to discriminate mounting state of the component using shadow phenomenon. The areas of the lighting unit are selectively turned on/off by a lighting control program embedded in the vision processing unit.
