    • A bone filling complex and a preparing method for the same are provided to obtain a bone filling complex that has an excellent bone regenerating capacity and an excellent capacity of preventing conglutination. A bone filling complex includes a matrix and a bone derivative. The matrix contains hyaluronic acid derivative in the form of a hydrogel. The bone derivative is filled into the matrix. The hyaluronic acid derivative in the form of hydrogel is obtained by making suberate react with hyaluronic acid. The suberate is bis(Sulfosuccinimidyl) suberate. The suberate is coupled to the carbonyl group of the hyaluronic acid by interposing a liner therebetween. The liner contains at least two amino groups which are respectively coupled with the carboxyl group of the hyaluronic acid and the carbonyl group of the suberate.
