    • PURPOSE: A method for handling a subscriber of a line lock out state in a full electronic exchange is provided to supply an incoming signal tone to an incoming subscriber when an originating subscriber attempts a call to the incoming subscriber of the line lock out state, so as to recover a communication available state from the line lock out state. CONSTITUTION: If an originating subscriber requests incoming occupation(S201), an analog subscriber controller requests number translation to an NTR(Number TRanslation) unit(S202). Whether a howling tone is delivered to notify a line lock out state to an incoming subscriber is decided(S203). If so, the analog subscriber controller ends a set howling tone timer and suspends the howling tone by using an LSL(Local Switching system Library)(S211), and requests codec connection to an ASI(Analog Subscriber Interface)(S212). The analog subscriber controller notifies switch connection to the analog subscriber controller(S213). The analog subscriber controller delivers an incoming howling tone to the incoming subscriber, and a ring-back tone to the originating subscriber(S214). If a howling tone is not delivered in the step S203, the analog subscriber controller requests DLC(Data Link Concentration) allocation to the ASI(S221), and progresses to the step S212.

    • PURPOSE: A method for testing subscriber monitoring in a full electronic exchange is provided to deliver a signal tone to a subscriber when an operator attempts a monitoring test for the busy subscriber, so that the subscriber recognizes the monitoring test, thereby preventing illegal wiretapping. CONSTITUTION: An operator inputs a command to perform a monitoring test for a subscriber requesting the test(S201). An LTTM(Line and Trunk Test Management) unit decides whether a number for the subscriber is valid(S202). If invalid, the LTTM outputs an error message to end the test(S211) If valid, the LTTM checks whether the subscriber is registered in a host or an RASM(Remote Access Switching Module)(S203), to decide whether the subscriber and the operator is in a test available state. In the test available state, an AST(Analog Subscriber Test) unit decides whether a line state is an occupied state(S204). If not, the AST outputs an error message to end the test(S212), and if the line state is an occupied state, an ASC(Analog Subscriber Control) unit pages an LSL(Local Switching system Library) to release a receive direction of a subscriber speech path and connect an intercept tone(S205). If a certain time passes, the ASC unit releases the intercept tone and re-connects the speech path(S206).

    • PURPOSE: A method for giving a call reservation service in an SCP(Service Control Point) is provided to connect an intelligent network with a PC of a subscriber and an Internet network through a web server, and to enable the subscriber to reserve a call in the web server through the PC, thereby making the call by reserving the call in the intelligent network. CONSTITUTION: When a reservation time of a reserved call comes through an Internet network, a web server requests an SCP to perform the call. The SCP connects the call with a receiving subscriber through SSPs(Service Switching Points)(11,12) at the request of the web server, and informs the receiving subscriber that the reserved call is applied for, by using an intelligent information providing system. The intelligent information providing system informs the receiving subscriber that the application of the reserved call is terminated. The SCP connects the subscriber applying for the reserved call with an originating subscriber in response to information on the intelligent information providing system.

The BS(2) asks an exchange(3) an inquiry for the authentication of the MS(1) to confirm whether the MS(1) applied for a location information providing service previously or is a registered MS. If the MS(1) applied for the service previously and is a registered MS, the exchange provides an HLR(Home Location Register)(4) with the ID and location request signal of the BS(2). In response to the location request signal, the HLR(4) supplies the exchange(3) with the name of a location, in which the BS(2) has been installed, using the ID of the BS(2).
