If invalid, the LTTM outputs an error message to end the test(S211) If valid, the LTTM checks whether the subscriber is registered in a host or an RASM(Remote Access Switching Module)(S203), to decide whether the subscriber and the operator is in a test available state. In the test available state, an AST(Analog Subscriber Test) unit decides whether a line state is an occupied state(S204). If not, the AST outputs an error message to end the test(S212), and if the line state is an occupied state, an ASC(Analog Subscriber Control) unit pages an LSL(Local Switching system Library) to release a receive direction of a subscriber speech path and connect an intercept tone(S205). If a certain time passes, the ASC unit releases the intercept tone and re-connects the speech path(S206).
