    • PURPOSE: A liquid crystal polyester is provided to ensure excellent high white, to impart releasability to a precise insert molding, and to secure excellent heat resistance, dimensional stability and warpage characteristics. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal polyester with excellent releasability includes (A) a liquid crystal polyester resin, (B) inorganic filler, and (C) montanate. A composition includes 100 parts by weight of a base resin consisting of 20-80 weight% of a liquid crystal polyester resin(A) and 20-80 weight% of inorganic filler(B). The montanate is included in the amount of 0.01-10 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the base resin consisting of 20-80 weight% of a liquid crystal polyester resin and 20-80 weight% of inorganic filler.

    • PURPOSE: An inorganic material - aerogel composite and a manufacturing method of the inorganic material - aerogel complex are provided to improve workability by enhancing the density, and to improve workability, thermal insulation, the flame retardancy, heat resistance, and gas barrier property by adding resin. CONSTITUTION: An inorganic material - aerogel composite of sheet-like structure comprises 0.1 ~ 95 wt% of an inorganic material. The inorganic material - aerogel composite has 50 ~ 99 % of porosity, and 100 ~ 1000 m^2/ g of a specific surface area. The inorganic material and aerogel of are connected by chemical bond. The density of aerogel is 0.1 ~ 0.3 g / cm^3. A manufacturing method of the inorganic material - aerogel complex comprises the following steps: preparing a mixture which mixes a water glass solution which is ion-exchanged andan aqueous solution in which the inorganic materials are dispersed; gelating the mixture by adjusting pH; and forming the inorganic material - aerogel complex powder.
