    • PURPOSE: A device to propel torpedoes is provided to rapidly approach a target object by accelerating the speed of the torpedo in a maximum 30-40 % range and to mount the torpedo in front of an existing torpedo. CONSTITUTION: A device to propel torpedoes comprises a torpedo body, an engine, a propeller, a front body, a plurality of high pressure spraying nozzles, a pipe, a discharge pipe, a pressure controller, and a gas tank. The propeller is installed on the rear of the torpedo body. The front body is formed in the front of the torpedo body of which diameter is less than that of the torpedo body in a longish shape. A plurality of discharge pipes is installed to spray air in a vertical direction where the torpedo body is transferred through a plurality of high pressure spraying nozzles. The high pressure spraying nozzles are connected to the pressure controller and are controlled by the pressure controller. The pressure controller is connected to the gas tank and the pipe.
