    • PURPOSE: A wind shield for a vehicle with an anti-reflection glass is provided to increase transmittance and reduce reflectivity without extra coating layer. CONSTITUTION: A wind shield for a vehicle with an anti-reflection glass includes an anti-reflection glass substrate. The anti-reflection glass substrate has a layer with a porous structure in which pores of nano size are distributed in surface through an etching process. The pore size is less than 1/4 of the wavelength of incident lights. The thickness of the porous structure layer is about 70-480nm. The glass substrate with the porous structure has an anti- reflection property, a hydrophilic property and an antifogging property.

    • PURPOSE: A solar cell including an anti-reflective glass is provided to increase the efficiency of the solar cell by applying an anti-reflective characteristic and the self-cleaning characteristic to a glass substrate based on a low-temperature based etching process. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell includes an anti-reflective glass substrate. The anti-reflective glass substrate includes a porous structured layer, and pores of nano-sizes are regularly distributed on the surface of the layer based on an etching process. The pore size of the porous structure is smaller than the wavelength of incident light. The pore size of the porous structure is 1/4 or less of the wavelength of the incident light. The thickness of the porous structured layer is between 70 and 480nm. The glass substrate is soda lime glass or alumina silicate glass. The porous structure is formed based on an alkali solution.
