    • The present invention relates to a fluoroscopy system that may decrease radiation dose exposed to a human body when capturing real-time fluoroscopy, and according to the present invention, the fluoroscopy system is equipped with a region of interest filter that has a structure that decreases radiation dose irradiated to out-of-region by placing a collimator between an X-ray source and a subject, is configured so that the collimator tracks the movement of the region of interest in real time freely in the X, Y and Z directions perpendicular to one another and moves according to the movement, and is configured to adjust the size of a region of interest in an image obtained from fluoroscopy by the movement of the collimator, so it is possible to decrease radiation dose exposed to a human body when capturing fluoroscopy and at the same time, it is possible to minimize a decrease in image quality caused by a decrease in exposure dose.
