    • PURPOSE: A hydrophilic polyvinylidene fluoride based a hollow fiber membrane, a preparing method thereof, and a composition for manufacturing thereof are provided to have a high membrane fouling resistivity, a high permeated flow rate, a small pore size, and an excellent mechanical strength. CONSTITUTION: A method preparing a hydrophilic polyvinylidene fluoride based a hollow fiber membrane comprises the following steps: a spinning solution, containing 5-30 weight% of a hydrophilic resin; and 20-85 weight% of a poor solvent which is selected more than one from a group comprised of 10-60 weight% of polyvinylidenfloride system resin; polyether imide, polyimide, polyamide, and cellulose acetate, is obtained; and a hollow fiber separating membrane is manufactured by radiating a spinning solution. The hollow fiber separating membrane manufacturing step is performed by a temperature induced phase separation. The poor-solvent is selected more than one from γ - butyrolactone, cyclohexanone, acetophenone, and isophorone.
