    • PURPOSE: A fixing member for a liquid crystal display device is provided to fix a guide plate formed by divided guide plates at a cover bottom and to steadily couple the guide plate with the cover bottom. CONSTITUTION: A fixing member includes a head unit(310) and a body unit(320). A protrusion(315) of the head unit is protruded in the direction facing a liquid crystal panel. The body part is extended from the head unit to the direction facing a cover bottom(150). The head unit fixes a light guide plate(123). Fixing members are inserted between the first to fourth divided light guide plates(201,202). The fixing members fix the first to fourth divided light guide plates.

    • A backlight unit and a liquid crystal display device module including the same are provided to drive a fluorescent lamp without a connector unit by mounting a lamp unit and an inverter unit in upper/lower surfaces of one PCB. A backlight unit comprises a reflecting plate(120), a plurality of fluorescent lamps(130), a lamp/inverter unit(185), and an optical member. The reflecting plate is mounted on an upper surface of a cover bottom(115) having an opening whose bottom is removed. The plurality of fluorescent lamps is parallel arranged on the upper surface of the reflecting plate at a uniform interval. The lamp/inverter unit supplies power to the fluorescent lamp and is inserted into the opening of the cover bottom. The optical member is mounted on the fluorescent lamps and the lamp/inverter unit.

    • A socket for lamp connection, and a backlight unit and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device using the same are provided to connect an inverter unit and socket units electrically by using a pin connection method, thereby simplifying a connection structure between the inverter and the socket units and minimizing the transmission distance of first and second lamp driving voltages to minimize a current leakage. A backlight unit includes plural lamps, a first socket unit(22), and a second socket unit(32). The plural lamps have first and second electrodes(42,44). The first socket unit has plural first sockets connected to the first electrode of each lamp. The second socket unit has plural second sockets connected to the second electrode of each lamp. The first and second socket units have substrates(20,30) and plural sockets. The substrates have common patterns to which first or second lamp driving voltage is supplied. The plural sockets supply the first or second lamp driving voltage from the common pattern to the first or second electrode of each lamp.
