    • PURPOSE: A buffer circuit is provided to change frequency characteristic where the attenuation of a spurious frequency signal is increased when a first frequency signal is selected and also the attenuation of the spurious frequency signal is increased when a second frequency signal is selected. CONSTITUTION: A buffer circuit(1) is provided with an amplifier stage(2), a parallel resonance circuit(3) acting like an output load of the amplifier stage(2), a frequency trap circuit(6) that is connected between an input and a reference level point of the amplifier stage(2), and frequency changeover voltage generating circuits(11 to 14) that selectively generate a 1st changeover voltage or a 2nd changeover voltage. The parallel resonance circuit(3) is in parallel resonance with a 1st frequency at receiving the 1st changeover voltage and in parallel resonance with a 2nd frequency at receiving the 2nd changeover voltage. Then the frequency trap circuit(6) consists of a series circuit comprising a diode and a capacitor, is in series resonance with a frequency lower than the 1st frequency at receiving the 1st changeover voltage and in series resonance with a frequency of a 1700 MHz band higher than the 2nd frequency at receiving the 2nd changeover voltage.
