    • PURPOSE: A pre-treatment agent composition for digital textile printing of nylon fabrics and a pre-treatment method using the same are provided to improve concentration of colors by the digital textile printing while manufacturing a product of good quality. CONSTITUTION: A pre-treatment agent composition includes a sizing agent of 1~12 weight% including hydroxyethylcellulose, a hydrotropic agent of 3~15 weight% including urea-based compounds, nonvolatile acid of 0.3~6 weight% and water. A method for the pre-treatment agent composition comprises the following steps of: maintaining the concentration of hydroxyethylcellulose to 4~12 weight%; maintaining the viscosity of the pre-treatment agent over 4,000 cps; applying the pre-treatment agent on the surface of the nylon fabric; and drying the pre-treatment agent.

    • 본 발명은 코팅용 직물의 전처리 방법에 관한 것으로서, (ⅰ) 기어 구동 시스템에 의해 회전하는 하단로울러(2c), (ⅱ) 상기 하단로울러(2c)와의 마찰력에 의해 하단로울러(2c)와 동일한 선속도로 회전하며, 로울러 본체에 중앙부가 양단부 보다 볼록한 곡율을 갖는 원통형(Barrel type) 탄성체 사출품이 끼워진 구조를 갖는 중간로울러(2b) 및 (ⅲ) 중심부와 양단부의 온도차이가 ±5℃ 이내로 조절되게 히팅(Heating) 되며 기어 구동 시스템에 의해 상기 하단로울러(2c) 및 중간로울러(2b)보다 1.1~1.5배 빠른 선속도로 회전하는 상단로울러(2a)로 구성되는 칼렌더 로울러(2)를 사용하여, 코팅용 직물을 상기 칼렌더 로울러(2)의 중간로울러(2b)와 상단로울러(2a) 사이로 통과시키면서 문질러 주면서 압착 및 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
      본 발명은 수지가 코팅되는 직물면의 평활성을 향상시킴과 동시에 개선된 평활성을 수지 코팅 공정 및 열고정 공정 이후에도 그대로 유지할 수 있게 하고, 전처리 공정의 생산성도 향상시킬 수 있다.
      그로인해, 본 발명은 직물면에 코팅되는 수지 도포량을 종래 대비 낮게 하여도 원하는 코팅직물의 내수압을 발현할 수 있어서 제조원가가 저렴하고, 경량성이 향상되고, 유기용매 사용량 감소로 환경오염을 최소화할 수 있다.

    • A revising device for moving fabrics is provided to prevent the transfer of fabrics as a slanted state from generating when transferring the fabrics automatically. Two guide rollers(1, 2) for transferring the fabrics are separately arranged up and down in parallel on the standard of the moving direction of the fabrics. Two guide roller support bars(3a, 3b) are located at the left and the right side of the two guide rollers respectively, connected with the two guide rollers simultaneously, support the guide rollers, and move up and down respectively. Two guides(4a, 4b) are inserted into both edge parts of the fabrics passing through the guide rollers one by one. The first sensor(5) is installed under the one guide inserted into the left edge part of the fabrics on the standard of the moving direction of the fabrics, and detects if both edge parts of the fabrics pass through the center point of the guides, and transmits the result to the controller(7) for controlling the position of the guide. The controller for controlling the position of the guide displaces the position of the guides to the left and right direction.

    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of yarn coated with metal is characterized by coating grey yarn of a warp beam state with the metal and simplifying a process. On weaving fabric, the yarn coated with the metal is used as much as needed quantity. The fabric has excellent antistatic property and electron wave shielding effect. CONSTITUTION: Yarn of a warp beam state is coated with metal after warping. A coating method of the metal is an electroless plating method or a spattering method. Fabric having excellent antistatic property and electron wave shielding effect is obtained by the steps of: coating the yarn with the metal; adding the coated yarn to warp or weft as much as needed quantity; and then weaving the fabric out of the warp and the weft.

    • The present invention relates to a laminating method of a fabric and a film which comprises by using a deforming fabric which has semipermanent durability as a deforming material; having a guide roller which guides the deforming fabric in order to maintain the smoothness of the deforming fabric; using the guide roller which is curved like a bow, wherein the deforming fabric and the laminated material are dried by penetrating a dry cylinder and a tensionless dryer. The present invention has an effect of reducing the waste amount of the deforming fabric by repeatedly using the deforming fabric; reducing the damage of fabric by drying the laminated material of the deforming fabric with the dry cylinder which is filled with hot water thereby indirectly transferring the heat; easily controlling the drying temperature; improving the elasticity of the finished product by performing the drying process in the tensionless dryer.
