    • A hetero-bi-functional compound and one-bath dyeing method of PET/cotton union fabrics by using the same hetero-bi-functional compound are provided to reduce dyeing process and wastewater production by performing the dyeing of both PET(polyethylene terephthalate)- and cotton-based fabrics with one dispersion dye in one bath. The hetero-bi-functional compound represented by the formula(1), containing difluoromonochloropyrimidine group capable of covalently binding to hydroxyl group in the cotton fabrics, and alpha, beta-dibromopropionylamido group capable of covalently binding to the amino group of dispersion dye is provided. The one-bath dyeing method of PET/cotton union fabrics comprises the steps of: dissolving 0.1-20% of hetero-bi-functional compound in water, adding sodium carbonate into the solution to regulate pH to 9.5-10.5, and adding 50-200g/L of neutral salt; inserting PET/cotton union fabrics into the solution, heating the solution to 50 deg. C at a rate of 0.5 deg. C/min to covalently bond the difluoromonochloropyrimidine group of the hetero-bi-functional compound to the hydroxy group of the cotton fabric part in the PET/cotton union fabrics; dispersing the dispersion dye containing the amino group into the solution and adding acetate into the solution to regulate pH to 4; and heating the solution at 110-120 deg. C to dye the PET part by the dispersion dye, and covalently bond the alpha, beta-dibromopropionylamido group of the hetero-bi-functional compound to the amino group of the dispersion dye.

    • PURPOSE: A pre-treatment device of DTP fabric having commonality is provided to improve space applications by reducing the volume of the device, and to reduce manufacturing cost through simplication of structure. CONSTITUTION: A pre-treatment device(1) of DTP fabric having commonality includes a single main body(10), a deep coater module(20), a kiss coater module(30), and a knife coater module(40). The deep coater module includes a supply roller(21), a dehydration roller, a coating liquid reservoir(22), and a submerged roller(23). The supply roller and the dehydration roller includes a driving member(21a) and a driven member(21b). A rotation bracket is connected with a cylinder(24b). A pressure roller includes a guide member(71) and a pressure member(72). The pressure member is bonded with a pressure cylinder(74) and a link(73). The knife coating module includes a coating liquid supply part(41) and a knife(42).

    • PURPOSE: A pre-treatment agent composition for digital textile printing of nylon fabrics and a pre-treatment method using the same are provided to improve concentration of colors by the digital textile printing while manufacturing a product of good quality. CONSTITUTION: A pre-treatment agent composition includes a sizing agent of 1~12 weight% including hydroxyethylcellulose, a hydrotropic agent of 3~15 weight% including urea-based compounds, nonvolatile acid of 0.3~6 weight% and water. A method for the pre-treatment agent composition comprises the following steps of: maintaining the concentration of hydroxyethylcellulose to 4~12 weight%; maintaining the viscosity of the pre-treatment agent over 4,000 cps; applying the pre-treatment agent on the surface of the nylon fabric; and drying the pre-treatment agent.
