    • A manufacturing method for a steel composite girder is provided to construct a bridge by increase the manufacture and application property of the steel composite girder. A manufacturing method for a steel composite girder comprises: a step of generating the tension and compressive stress in an I-form steel material after installing the I-form steel material to be supported with at least one support part; a step of installing a form(200) to be supported with the I-form steel material; a step of protruding a shear reinforcement(160) and burying an reinforcement assembly(150) of the form inside; a step of restricting the stresses generated in the I-form steel material and pouring the concrete in order to extend the cross section of the I-form steel material; a step of separating the form and manufacturing the steel composite girder in which the concrete is on the top of the I-form steel material; a step of moving the supporting part set on the lower side of the I-form steel material to the both end part of the steel composite girder; and a step of making the tensile stress of the upper and lower part offset.

    • A manufacturing method of a steel girder is provided to manufacture a steel girder for a bridge more economically by controlling section force occurring on a lower edge by the dead weight of an I-shaped steel girder effectively. A manufacturing method of a steel girder comprises the steps of: installing an I-shaped steel member(100) to make two ends supported simply, thereby making compressive stress and tensile stress applied to an upper edge and a lower edge of the I-shaped steel member by the dead weight of the I-shaped steel member; manufacturing an I-shaped steel girder(300) with improved cross sectional stiffness by forming confined concrete for cross section expansion(200) which is reinforced or unreinforced concrete on a lower flange of the I-shaped steel member by installing a form to a lower flange of the I-shaped steel member and placing, curing concrete to the form, thereby making the compressive stress and the tensile stress confined, and expanding a cross section of the I-shaped steel member by the confined concrete for cross section expansion; and turning over the I-shaped steel girder with the stress confined by the confined concrete for cross section expansion, and then piling up in a yard, thereby making tensile stress applied on the lower edge of the overturned I-shaped steel girder not to cause ultimate compressive stress on the overturned I-shaped steel girder or excessive compressive stress on the confined concrete for cross section expansion to resist the dead weight of the I-shaped steel girder or the slab concrete load and live load such as traffic load added on a following I-shaped steel girder effectively.

    • A method for assembling a segment girder in a bridge is provided to combine a middle fixing segment with side movable segments conveniently and safely by manufacturing the segments with prestressed concrete beams. A steel beam(200) is installed longitudinally on a worktable(100), and a middle fixing segment(300a) is mounted on the steel beam. A sheath pipe(330) for a tendon(320) is laid in the lower part of the middle fixing segment, and side movable segments(300b) are set at sides of the middle fixing segment and placed on a moving unit(400). The moving unit is formed by attaching a roller to a latticed frame. The tendon is inserted to the sheath pipe laid in the middle fixing and side movable segments, and the side movable segments are combined with the middle fixing segment by straining both ends of the tendon. The height of the middle fixing segment is adjusted by mounting a hydraulic jack in the lower part of the middle fixing segment.
