摘要： A flexible membrane for a polishing head comprises a disc-shaped main unit which includes a first face being in contact with one surface of a substrate and a second face being opposite to the first face; expansion units which limit each independent space by protruding vertically from the second face of the main unit; and an inner ring which is mounted inside the outermost expansion units among the expansion units in order to support the edge part, and has flat upper and lower faces in a combined state. When performing a polishing process using the membrane, the surface flatness of a substrate increases.

摘要： An Information providing system based on position information is provided to enhance an advertisement effect for an advertiser and to increase an advertisement profit by providing a new advertisement item for a service provider. An Information providing system includes an information providing server(20) and a user terminal(10). The information providing server includes a database which stores position information on places, and a server controller which extracts information, requested by the user terminal, from the database. The user terminal includes a display unit which displays information on places and a link to surrounded places, and a terminal controller which receives the information on the place selected by the user and a list on surrounded places within a certain distance from the selected place from the information providing server and provides the received information for the user terminal. The database includes a contents database(21) and an advertisement database(23). The contents database stores information on a map, an address, a contact point, service contents, a menu, a photo, UCC or a coupon for a place and position information in accordance with the latitude and the longitude of the place. The advertisement database stores advertisement with respect to the place and position information in accordance with the latitude and the longitude of the place. A sever controller(25) extracts information, which is linked with a selected region, from the contents database and the advertisement database and provides the user terminal with the information.
