    • A printer head is provided to reduce nozzle pitch by forming a plurality of nozzle openings at nozzle flowage units arranged along a line direction with a regular gap. In a printer head, an ink circulating unit(100) arranged on one side of a main body(110) includes a plurality of nozzle flowage units(131) at which a plurality of nozzle openings(132) is formed. An elastic member covers the nozzle flowage units. A piezoelectric unit, arranged at the elastic member to correspond to the nozzle flowage units, jets the ink through the nozzle openings by pressurizing the elastic member.

    • A method for manufacturing an LCD and an apparatus for forming an alignment layer used therefor are provided to prevent the streak defect generated on a substrate even without change of the apparatus, thereby manufacturing the LCD at a low production cost. A substrate(110) is prepared, wherein the substrate has a thin film transistor array where a plurality of thin film transistors are arranged in a matrix type. An alignment layer is formed by dropping an alignment solution on the substrate from an inkjet head portion(120) while a relative movement direction between the substrate and the inkjet head portion and a first direction of the thin film transistor array form an angle greater than 0 degrees and less than 90 degrees.

    • A piezoelectric member and a printer head having the piezoelectric member are provided to increase a life of the printer head determined by a life of the piezoelectric member by reducing a number of the piezoelectric members arranged with respect to a number of nozzle openings.
