    • PURPOSE: An X-ray detector and a driving method of the same are provided to prevent the distortion of the X-ray image by the offset deviation since a merge node of transposition of a photo diode and a switching element is kept regularly. CONSTITUTION: An X-ray detector comprises an optical sensing pixel, an optical generation sheet, a gate driver, and a readout circuit. The optical generation sheet provides the photo diode for a first flash section and repetitively shows up during the offset regulation section. The gate driver provides a first gate turn-on section turning a switching element on for the X-ray detection zone. A plurality of second gate turn-on section turns the switching element on at the section excepting the first flash section.

    • An array substrate for x-ray detector and x-ray detector having the same are provided to form the light shield layer in the peripheral unit of the array panel and to improve the detected quality of the X-ray image the quality. The array panel for the X-ray detector comprises a plurality of cells and light shield layer(370). Each cell is made of gate line, data line, and the thin film transistor and photo diode. Cells accumulate the electric charge corresponding to the quantity of light. The photo diode is connected to the thin film transistor. The light transformed from X-ray is input to the photo diode. The light shield layer covers the dummy pixels of the peripheral unit among cells. Therefore, the light shield layer blocks the light from being provided to the dummy pixel.

    • A X-RAY detector and making method of x-ray detector is provided to prevent a stain from being generated in the X-ray image. The X-ray detector(100) comprises the panel(110), the gate driver(120), the readout integrated circuit(130), the main board(140) and the film(150). The panel comprises a plurality of optical sensing pixels and detects the X-ray emitted from the X-ray generator. The light detecting pixel(PP) is made of the photo diode(PD) and transistor(Tr). The photo diode senses the X-ray emitted from the outside X-ray generator. The first electrode is connected to the input electrode of transistor. The second electrode is connected to the bias line(BL).
