    • 최근 개발한 강콘크리트 보(강판 영구거푸집이 철근 역할을 겸하는 TSC 보, 이하 TSC 보)의 우수성이 알려져서 널리 확산되고 있으나 이와 어울리는 기둥이 개발되지 않아 그 장점이 희석되고 있다. 강관 속에 콘크리트를 채운 콘크리트 충전강판 기둥(이하 CFT)은 원리상 TSC 보에 가장 적합한 기둥이지만 제작상의 난이도와 제작비 부담이 크므로 대형 다층(多層) 건물에서만 적용하고 있다. 따라서 이와 기능은 같으면서도 다층 건물의 고층부 또는 소형 건물에서도 부담 없이 사용할 수 있는 저렴하고 취급이 용이한 기둥이 본 발명의 y형강판 띠 기둥(이하 y형 띠 기둥)이다.
      4 구석에 강재를 집중 배치(ㄱ형강을 적용)하고 이들 사이 4 변에 얇은 강판 (80)을 점용접하여 이룬 상자형 단면 내부에 콘크리트를 부어 넣을 때 얇은 강판이 콘크리트의 측압에 변형을 일으키면 CFT가 성립되지 못한다. 따라서 얇은 강판의 단면계수와 단면2차모멘트가 커지도록 y형 돌기를 성형하여 휨 내력과 변형 저항력을 향상(9mm 강판에 해당)시키고 돌기(32)의 웨브가 외피(31)와 이루는 각도는 콘크리트를 부어 넣을 때 공극이 생기지 않도록 비스듬하게 성형한다.
      도 3에서 y형 띠 기둥(10)은 4 개의 ㄱ형강(40) 사이에 y형강판(30)을 점용접한 상자 속에 콘크리트(60)를 채워 양생시키는 것이다. ㄱ형강 단면이 부족한 부위에는 도 4와 같이 국부적으로 철근(50)을 추가하여 기둥에 압축력과 휨모멘트가 작용할 때 기둥의 상하부분에만 더 큰 응력이 발생하는 구조역학 이론에 유연하게 대응한다.
      동일 건물에서도 하중이 큰 저층 일부에는 도 2의 기둥머리 단면처럼 위 y형 강판(30) 대신 강판(80)을 대체하면 CFT기둥과 다를 바 없는 기둥이 된다. y형 띠 기둥의 y형강판은 일반 철근콘크리트 기둥에서의 띠철근 역할을 겸한다. ㄱ형강 (40)과 외피(31)의 사이에 틈이 있으면 콘크리트가 새 나올 염려가 있으므로 외피의 보강용 부풀림이 메움제 역할을 겸하게 한다. 도 2의 기둥머리는 일반 CFT 기둥에 보를 접합하는 것과 같다.
      y형강판의 폭은 600mm 돌기(32)의 양 단부를 눌러 누름판(34)을 조성하며, 접합 후 ㄱ형강과의 접합면에 틈이 벌어지는 것을 막고 y형강판의 최하단 돌기는 끝부분을 둥글게 구부려서 상하 이음 위치에서 콘크리트가 새지 않도록 한다. y형강판의 코일 두께는 0.8mm 이상, 돌기 높이는 35mm, 간격은 150mm로 한다.
