A joint structure between a form-less column and a slim beam comprises a form-less column(100) where L-section steels(110) are placed in each edge thereof and a y-shaped steel plate(120) having a predetermined thickness is welded between L-section steels, a top flange(210), a bottom flange(220) of which the width is wider than the top flange, and a web(230) connecting the top flange and bottom flange, plural slim beams(200) which are connected to the circumference of the form-less column, and a joining unit(300) which includes a body(310) shaped like a square tube, a pair of joint angles(320) which are joined to the front, rear and both lateral surfaces of the body and is installed to the circumference of the opening formed in the center of the form-less column, and connects the slim beam to the form-less column.
