    • The present invention relates to a device for the consecutive weight reduction of a fiber product such as yarn and textiles composed of polyester fibers. More particularly, the present invention can increase the efficiency of weight reduction processing by maximizing weight reduction time while simultaneously minimizing heat loss and the use of water and solvent during weight reduction operation. To achieve such purpose, the device for the consecutive weight reduction processing of a polyester fiber product comprises: an immersion part; a heat treatment part; a water-washing part; and a loading part. Hot steam chambers constituting the heat treatment part are arranged side by side, wherein preheaters are installed at the entrances of the hot steam chambers to rapidly heat, to a desired temperature, a fiber product that is introduced into a first hot steam chamber. The first hot steam chamber and a second hot steam chamber are connected to each other by a connection pipe to introduce the fiber product directly into the second hot steam chamber from inside the first hot steam chamber. The inside of the second hot steam chamber is sealed from the outside by a water seal device that is arranged at the exit of the second hot steam chamber.
