    • A method for dyeing a meta-based aramid fiber is provided to make it possible to dye the meta-based aramid fiber without deterioration of physical properties, by using cation-based dye, nonionic aryl ether-based carrier or benzyl alcohol-based carrier, additive agents such as acetophenone, etc. A meta-based aramid fiber is pre-treated by treating the meta-based aramid fiber with a pre-treatment solution having a temperature of 40-60°C, aging the treated fiber in an ageing room for 8-12 hours, and cleaning the aged fiber. The pre-treatment solution contains NaOH of 8-15 wt%, H2O2 of 3-8 wt%, a peroxide stabilizer of 0.5-3 wt%. The pre-treated fiber is immersed in a dyeing solution at a temperature of 120-135°C for 45-60 minutes, and then cooled in the dyeing solution at a temperature of 60-70°C. Herein, the dyeing solution is heated at a temperature raising rate of 1-1.5°C/min, and cooled at a temperature lowering rate of 1.5-2.0°C/min. The dyeing solution contains nonionic aryl ether-based carrier of 1-6 wt% or benzyl alcohol-based carrier of 1-6 wt%, acetophenone of 1-4 wt%, glacial acetic acid of 0.1-0.5 wt%, cation-based dye of 1-30 wt%, NaNO3 of 0.1-0.3 wt%, and water.

    • PURPOSE: A two-step dyeing method of the meta type aramid/ flame resisting rayon blended fabric is provided to dye the aramid fiber in various colors without degradation phenomenon of the flame resisting rayon material and aramid fiber. CONSTITUTION: A two-step dyeing method of the meta type aramid/flame resisting rayon blended fiber performs the first dyeing progress by dipping the meta type aramid/ flame resisting rayon blended fiber after heating the first dyeing solution which includes 1-6 weight% of carrier compounding of benzyl alcohol or nonionic arylether system, 1.0-4.0 weight% of acetophenone, 0.1-0.5 weight% of acetic acid, 1-30 weight% of cation class dye, 0.1-0.3 weight% of NaNO_3 and water in 120-135°C. The fiber is sanitized with 60°C of aqueous solution that contains 0.05-0.5 weight% of sodium carbonate and 0.05-0.5 weight% of Na_2CO_3 after being cooled in 60-70°C. The second dyeing solution which contains 0.1-20 weight% of reactive dye heated from 40-60°C after adding 0.5-10 weight% of sulphate of soda. 0.5-7 weight% of Sodium carbonate (Na_2CO_3) is added at 60-80°C for 20-60 minutes with dipping meta type aramid/flame resisting rayon blended fiber to process the second dyeing progress. It is cooled and sanitized to 40-50°C.

    • PURPOSE: A high dye fastness dying method of salt polypropylene fabric is provided to dye the polypropylene having light weight property, water repellent property, fast drying property, sanitation property and antifouling property in various colors. CONSTITUTION: A polypropylene fabric is woven with inflammable polypropylene yarn. The polypropylene fabric is dipped in pre-processing solution containing water as NaOH 80~100g/l, H2O2 10~20g/l, scouring agent 8.0~10g/l, water stabilizer 3.0~5.0g/l, water purifying agent 1.0~3.0g/l and residue. After batch-type scouring in the room temperature, aging of the polypropylene fabric is performed for 10~16 hours at the 40 degree. The polypropylene fabric is cleaned by the water. The polypropylene fabric is dyed in dyebath containing disperse dye.

C.; and a step of dipping the natural cellulose textile fibers in a post-treatment solution containing 0.05-0.1 wt% of hydrogen peroxide, 0.05-0.1 wt% of acetic acid, 3-10 wt% of benzophenone-based light fastness enhancing agent or benzotriazine-based light fastness enhancing agent, and remaining amount of water at 90-135 Deg. C. and gradually cooling the natural cellulose textile fibers.
