A front end of the base net is wound and fitted to an upper part of the support frame of the front torsion bar unit, and a rear end of the base net is fitted to a rear frame(70) arranged widthwise in a rear part of a seat. The torsion bar of the front torsion bar unit is placed to be lower than the support frame supported by the arm.
