摘要： The device has a heat source circuit (42) for hot-water supply, and a control device (55) for determining a reference value for an inlet temperature of a heat transfer medium, which is supplied by a heat exchanger (8) for floor heating of a thermal load. The determination is based on difference between a return temperature of the medium and a default value for a temperature value of the medium flowing through the exchange. The control device controls rotation speed of a compressor (1b) such that the inlet temperature is equal to the reference value.

The general hot-water supply circuit and the bathtub hot-water supply circuit are branched downstream of the hot-water supply unit; the flow regulating valve is arranged downstream of the branch portion between the general hot-water supply circuit and the bathtub hot-water supply circuit; and the controller controls the flow regulating valve to be closed when the hot-water supply capacity of the hot-water supply unit runs short in the case of simultaneously supplying hot-water to the general hot-water supply terminal and the bathtub.
