SOLUTION: The mixture combustion device for hydrophilic liquid comprises a line for mixing the hydrophilic liquid and fuel at the last minute and supplying them to a swirl type injection nozzle, and an air supply line. Herein, fire flames are released into a combustion furnace. The combustion method uses the same.
