    • Provided are a polygon mirror, which is superior in surface roughness, planeness, and dimensional accuracy, is lightweight, and is manufactured in commercial quantity within a short time, and a preparation thereof. The polygon mirror(1) is manufactured by the steps of: molding a first resin composition into a first molded product(10); and depositing metal thin film on the outmost surface of the first molded product(10). The first resin composition comprises 4-20wt% of a synthetic resin, 4-10wt% of a hardener, 60-90wt% of filler, and the balance of an additive. The synthetic resin is an epoxy resin, the filler is silica, and the hardener is a phenolic resin.

    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for fabricating a ferrule of an optical connector is provided to reduce the exchanging cost by exchanging only a fixing plate instead of exchanging a fixing block including the fixing plate. CONSTITUTION: A fixing block(30) is formed with a fixing plate(40) and a support block(50) which is in contact with the fixing plate. The fixing plate includes first fixing holes and second fixing holes. First molding pins(22) and second molding pins(24) are inserted into the first fixing holes and the second fixing holes in order to fix a floating state of the fixing plate. The support block includes first receiving holes(52) and a second receiving hole(54). The first and the second molding pins are inserted into the first and the second receiving holes.

    • A glass substrate table is provided to stably form vacuum pressure even with simple constitution, thereby stably holding a substrate, by forming an inner structure of the glass substrate table in a Bernoulli type so as to generate vacuum adsorptive power. A glass substrate table is used to hold a glass substrate on an upper surface thereof. The glass substrate has small-sized lines(32) and large-sized lines(31) therein, wherein the small-sized lines and the large-sized lines are continually connected so as to vary the speed of air stream. Vacuum lines(33) are respectively joined to the small-sized lines or the large-sized lines, wherein each of the vacuum lines is connected to a vacuum groove(6) formed in a surface of the glass substrate table.
