    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein although it is spread that an individual himself or herself composts a fertilizer for use in a private vegetable garden or the like by a composer or the like using organic waste, there are many cases where thermal energy in decomposing organic matter by microorganisms is discarded unused. SOLUTION: Heat generated by efficiently decomposing the organic matter by microorganisms supplied with oxygen by an agitator and a blower fan using wind force as a power source is effectively used to vaporize a medium with a lower boiling point than water, and a turbine is turned with high pressure steam to generate power. Thermal energy to be discarded is thereby utilized effectively. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
(C)2010,JPO&INPIT

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urinal for recovering phosphoric acid which can solve the problem that conventional methods for recovering phosphoric acid from urine costs a lot to store and carry a large quantity of human waste, and that it is not easy to treat sewage sludge in urban areas because it contains harmful heavy metals, etc. SOLUTION: This urinal is designed to collect phosphoric acid from urine in a smaller and more condensed form than conventional ones, by allowing phosphoric acid in urine to adsorb to highly-selective strong base ion-exchange resin thereof. By regenerating the ion-exchange resin, phosphoric acid can be recovered in fewer steps. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
