    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel power generation facility eliminating problems concerning fuel, resource costs, variation of power generation, air pollution, and risk existing in conventional power generation facilities.SOLUTION: Using a hydraulic pressure of seawater as a resource, electric power can be generated without requiring costs unless sea and gravity disappear. Eliminating variation of power generation with traditional hydraulic power, wind power and solar panels by artificially controlling the hydraulic pressure, electric power can be generated stably. Differently from power generation by thermal power and chemical reactions, electric power can be generated without any air pollution and global warming. Since only taking water in and out, even when an accident or the like occurs, there is no risk by shutting down the facility immediately. Since inrush of seawater is stopped by closing a lower valve, by discharging the air compressed in a space little by little to the ground, a natural state can be recovered. Even when the facility becomes detached from the human hand for a long time, nothing is dangerous even if the facility is left as it is.
