摘要： An active-energy-ray-curable hot-melt urethane resin composition contains a hot-melt urethane and an active energy ray polymerization initiator, the hot-melt urethane being obtained by converting more than 50% and 100% or less of the total number of isocyanate groups in an isocyanate group-terminated urethane prepolymer into terminal (meth)acryloyl groups by a reaction with hydroxyl groups in a reactive functional group-containing (meth)acrylic compound, the isocyanate group-terminated urethane prepolymer being obtained by reacting a polyisocyanate component with a polyol component that contains an aromatic polyester polyol containing a 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propylene structure in its molecule in an amount of 90% by mole or more of a glycol component and a polyol other than the aromatic polyester polyol. The hot-melt urethane resin composition has excellent properties such as hot melting, rapid curability, a shape-retaining property after being applied, flexibility, durability, a property of adhering to a base, a low outgas property, mechanical strength, and flame retardancy.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a moisture-permeable film having superior moisture permeability and flexibility at levels enabling the use thereof in the production of textile products such as clothes, while also not being susceptible to the occurrence of decreases in surface quality caused by roughening. The present invention relates to a moisture-permeable film obtained by curing a reactive polyurethane hot melt resin composition comprising a reactive urethane prepolymer (D), a (meth)acrylate (E) and a photopolymerization initiator (F), wherein the reactive urethane prepolymer (D) is obtained by reacting a hydroxyl group-containing (meth)acrylate (C) with 10% to 90% of the equivalent of isocyanate groups possessed by an urethane prepolymer obtained by reacting a polyisocyanate (B) with a polyol (A); and the polyol (A) contains a polyester polyol (a-1) which is obtained by reacting polycarboxylic acid with a polyol in which an alkylene oxide is added to bisphenol A, a poly ester polyol (a-2) which is a solid at normal temperature and a polyethylene glycol (a-3) which has a number average molecular weight of 1000 to 25,000.

摘要： A leather-like sheet is provided having a substrate layer and a surface skin layer in which the surface skin layer is composed of a cross-linked product of a polyurethane hot-melt composition containing 100 parts by mass of a urethane prepolymer, 5 parts by mass to 40 parts by mass of a coloring agent containing a polyol, 5 parts by mass to 50 parts by mass of multi-functional (meth)acrylate, and 0.5 parts by mass to 5 parts by mass of a photopolymerization initiator, wherein the urethane prepolymer can be obtained by reacting 5% to 50% of the number of isocyanate groups in a urethane prepolymer containing isocyanate groups that is obtained by reacting a polyol containing 40% by mass or more of polytetramethylene glycol and a polyisocyanate with a (meth)acrylate containing a hydroxyl group. This leather-like sheet has an excellent surface grade while maintaining excellent suppleness and bending resistance.

摘要： A method of producing a polyurethane foam sheet, and a laminated sheet that uses such a foam sheet, that can be applied to artificial leather, synthetic leather, and cushioning materials used in all manner of applications. A polyurethane foam sheet is produced by applying a liquid mixture, obtained by mixing together a heated and melted hot melt urethane prepolymer (A) containing isocyanate groups at molecular terminals, and a compound (B) containing at least 2 active hydrogen atom-containing groups, onto a substrate in a sheet-like manner, and then water foaming the liquid mixture by bringing the sheet-like liquid mixture into contact with water vapor or moisture (water). A laminated sheet is produced by bonding a third substrate to the polyurethane foam sheet.

Provided are an adhesive, which can be used for packaging foodstuffs and contains mainly a polyester having excellent oxygen-barrier properties, and an oxygen-barrier film that uses the adhesive.
