    • A method and system to acquire checkpoints in making iteration-method computer calculations in parallel and to effectively utilize the acquired data for recovery. At the time of acquiring a checkpoint in parallel calculation that repeats an iteration method, each node independently acquires the checkpoint in parallel with the calculation without stopping the calculation.
