摘要： There is provided a three-valued logic function circuit capable of remarkably reducing the kinds of basic circuits necessary for realizing all 33^2=19683 kinds of two-variable three-valued logic function circuits, remarkably reducing asymmetry of the switching time, and improving an operation speed and symmetry of waveform of the logic function circuit. In a three-valued logic function circuit, three transfer gates T1, T2, and T3 are turned on or off by one-variable three-valued logic function circuits C1, D1, C3 and D3, according to three logic values −1, 0, and 1 constituting a first input a, to select outputs of three one-variable three-valued logic function circuits B1, B2, and B3 connected to a second input b. The transfer gate T2 is configured by parallel connection of a switch pair of serial connection of two n-type MOS transistors and a switch pair of serial connection of two p-type MOS transistors.

摘要： A socket (1) includes a body (1a) and a cover (3). Body (1a) has a base (2) having a horizontally movable slide (4) thereon on which a BGA package can be mounted and a plurality of contact members (6) arranged on base (2) corresponding to a pattern of solder balls of the BGA package. Each of contact members (6) has a pair of spring arms (6a, 6b) which can be opened and closed in response to movement of slide (4). In one embodiment, a cover (3) is vertically movable relative to body (1a). The cover (3) has motion transfer portions (31) having a wedge shape which are engageable with tapered force receiving portions (43) of slide(4). As cover (3) is pushed down, engagement surfaces (31) of motion transfer portions (30) engage force receiving surfaces (43) of slide (4) and slide (4) moves so that arms (6a, 6b) of contact members (6) are opened. In another embodiment, the motion transfer parts (31) are provided on a head (11) which has an air suction holder for a BGA package.

摘要： A thermally and electrically conductive housing having a solid tip portion is shown mounting a heating element thermally and electrically coupled to the tip portion which in turn is electrically coupled to a switch mechanism mounted within the housing. The switch mechanism includes a thermostatic snap acting disc adapted to bias a movable electrical contact away from a stationary electrical contact at preselected temperatures. The housing is shown mounted in a carburetor of an automobile to contact energization of a honeycomb heater disposed in the carburetor, however; the device can be used in other locations where it is desired to maintain a body within a selected temperature range.
