    • PURPOSE:To easily perform work of loading and unloading a load in a narrow place, by mounting a plurality of load supporting metal fixtures and at least four or more outriggers, equipped with a lift mechanism lifting a frame structure, being able to extend and contract in the lateral direction to the frame structure which internally supports the load. CONSTITUTION:A squared cylindrical frame structure 1, which opens its upper and bottom, provides each side wall 3 to be opposed, and the frame structure 1 is equipped outside each side wall 3 with an outrigger 4 being able to extend and contract in the lateral direction. While a loading and unloading device is constituted providing a suitable number of load supporting metal fixtures 6, which support a load 9 being ale to perform its mounting and removal, inside the frame structure 1. The loading and unloading device such as in the above supports the load 9 to be mounted onto a bed 8 of a truck 7. When this load 9 is transported to a destination site and unloaded, the device first actuates a group of the outriggers 4 and pulls out a group of jack cylinders 41 to the outer in the lateral direction thereafter moves the jack cylinder to be extended to the bottom and grounded. In this way, weight of the load 9 is supported only by the group of the outriggers 4, and the device, moving the truck 7 under this condition, mounts the load 9 to be loaded on a mounting bed placed in lieu of the truck 7.

    • PURPOSE:To achieve a long life by providing a small water amount detection delaying means, by which a small water amount detection signal is not inputted to a control means unless the small water amount detection signal of a small water amount detecting means is maintained for a fixed time, so as to decrease a frequency of starting a supply water pump. CONSTITUTION:In a control means 7, a supply water pump 1 is stopped after accumulating a pressure for a fixed time in a pressure tank 5, when a small water amount detection signal is generated by a small water amount detecting means 3, and started when a pressure signal is decreased to a pump start pressure preset value or less by a delivery pressure detecting means 6 during stopping the supply water pump. Here is provided a small water amount detection delaying means 8 whereby the small water amount detection signal is not inputted to the control means 7 unless the small water amount detection signal of the small water amount detecting means 3 is maintained for a fixed time. In order to enable a delay time to change of the small water amount detection delaying means 8, a delay time setting means 9 is provided. Since control by the control means is not performed unless the small water amount detection signal is maintained for a fixed time, a problem of seizure of the supply water pump and its starting frequency can be decreased as small as possible.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of cleaning by a method wherein a temporary floor is installed onto the top face of an obstruction just under a manhole, a lifting box is mounted through a gangplank and a cleaning robot is lowered onto the tempo rary floor from the manhole, moved laterally and brought down up to the base of a water storage tank by the lifting box. CONSTITUTION:When an obstruction such as a protective frame is positioned just under a manhole 2 and a robot 11 for cleaning a base cannot be lowered up to the base, the robot 11 for cleaning the base of a water tank is brought down and placed onto a temporary floor 10, and the robot 11 is self-advanced and introduced into a lifting box 9. A wing bolt 17 is removed and a gangplank 12 and the lifting box 9 positioned onto the temporary floor 10 are detached, a winch 5 is rotated in the direction of rewinding of a rope 6, and the rope 6 is delivered and the lifting box 9 is lowered up to the base of a water storage tank 1. The robot 11 is self-advanced after the lifting box 9 completely reaches the base, and discharged onto the base of the water storage tank from the lifting box 9. The which 5 is turned in the direction of winding of the rope 6, and the emptied lifting box 9 is lifted up upward and the base of the water storage tank 1 is cleaned by the robot 11.
