    • A call acceptance control method for a CDMA mobile radio communication system and a mobile station device which enable prevention of deterioration in radio communication quality of a communicating mobile station even under a dense traffic, sufficient suppression of the possibility of deteriorating the communication quality of a mobile station communicating with a peripheral base station, and improvement in efficiency without increasing a control signal traffic. A radio base station device measures the quantity of up-link interference and informs a mobile station of this quantity. The mobile station obtains the quantity of up-link interference informed of by the base station, and calculates a required receiving level at the base station anticipated in the case where the mobile station is accepted by the connected base station, on the basis of the obtained quantity of up-link interference. If it is judged that predetermined communication quality cannot be realized on the basis of the calculated required receiving level and the quantity of up-link interference, the call of the mobile station is determined to be unacceptable.

    • PURPOSE: To improve operatability for opening or shutting a window and the function of preventing insects, by a method wherein both edge parts of a square sleeve-shaped bellows net are stuck to frames and the bellows net is held by removably attaching the frames to the inside of a pocket formed at a hinged window. CONSTITUTION: One end of a belows net is held between frames 1, 2 and is stuck together, and the other end thereof is held between frames 3, 4 and is stuck together. The frames 1, 2 are attached to the inside of a pocket formed at a window 13 through pins 15, and the frames 3, 4 are put in a hinge case for hinges 17 attached to a window frame 23 and are held. When a screen door is opened or shutted, a metallic catch 22 is unfastened from the frame 23 by turning a knob 21 and the window screen is ready to be opened or shutted with a handle 10. When the window 13 is opened, insects are prevented by the bellows net from entering forcibly. Furthermore, when the bellows net becomes dirty, the frames 1, 2 are unfastened from the pins 15, the frames 3, 4 are removed from the hinge case, and the bellows net is taken out of the window 13. In this way, the window can be opened or shutted without conventionally lifting or lowering the screen door, and the insects can be prevented from entering forcibly, and also the bellows net can be easily taken out and can be cleaned up.

When the movable frame body 14 is opened with respect to the fixed frame body 12, garbage/trash can be stored in a space surrounded by the fixed frame body 12, the respective skeleton materials 24, 26 and 28 and the movable frame body 14 in the net 30, and when the movable frame body 14 is closed, the fixed frame body 12 and the movable frame body 14 are brought in contact with each other and the garbage/trash placed in the space can be collected.

The falling of the key board 8 is prevented by setting the partition 6. A fall-down prevention leg 4 is set and laid under the computer main body, then the fall- down of the key board housing stand is prevented. The key board 8 is smoothly entered/retracted without wear on the key board 8 by placing a smoothing tape 7 to a stand bottom side 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automation system at a factory by forming a spiral reinforcing structure having a horizontal reinforcement spirally laid across a vertical reinforcement. SOLUTION: Horizontal reinforcements 2 are automatically wound around vertical reinforcements spirally with a winding machine or the like, and the reinforcements 1 and 2 are welded to each other automatically with an automatic welding machine. Also, the spiral reinforcement so formed, when used, is preliminarily fabricated at a factory and transported to a construction site for use as the foundation reinforcement of a building structure. Furthermore, the reinforcement, when too long for transport on a truck at one time, is fabricated as two or more blocks at the factory. Then, the reinforcements 1 are dislocated from each other, inserted and welded to each other, thereby forming the spiral reinforcement. According to this construction, a fabrication time can be reduced substantially.
