Then, a distance Z between the tip of the probe 2 and the film 1 is changed, the distance Z where a tunneling current is generated is measured and is taken out as a digital computer image in combination with the distances X and Y in horizontal direction, thus obtaining a high-contrast image with a nm-level resolution.

These movements are controlled by a computer 5. As a result, the change in the electron density of this complex film 1 is used for storing binary data highly densely.

When the diaphragm is shrink up to a predetermined point, the lever 300 is release from the pin 180, and then the valve 200 is moved to a secondarily stable position by the bias of a spring 190. In this case, the patient can inhale an air containing an aerosolized drug from the chamber 310 through a mouthpiece 150. A housing chamber 120 is provided with a velocity-restricting orifice 320 at a remote end portion, and the orifice 320 restricts the velocity of inhaling the aerosolized drug at less than 30 little per minute.

Once it is fixed, the bronchus mirror and the attached forceps 34 together with the catheter 36 are pulled back for a while. After a predetermined treating time, it is inserted once again to make the elastic arm member 18 shrink, and is then taken out form the set position in the lung of patient.
