    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape cutter allowing a tip end part of adhesive tape to be folded back to facilitate peeling off of the stuck tape and drawing of the tape in the next use in sticking work of the adhesive tape for closing an upper lid of a corrugated carton or the like.
      SOLUTION: The tape cutter comprises a main body 1 having a cylindrical core part 1A for turnably supporting the winding adhesive tape 10, with tape guides 1C, 1D for holding both ends of the tape to be delivered provided on a forward tape feeding part 1B, with a tape pressing part 1J provided on the tape guides, and with pin support parts 1E, 1F provided above the tape feeding part 1B; and a fold back lever body 20 wherein the cutter C is pivotally supported turnably between tape fold back upper guide walls 20A, 20B turnably supported by the pin support part of the main body 1, and wherein upper limit stoppers 20E, 20F, lower limit stoppers 20G, 20H, and tape guides 20L, 20M which regulate a turning angle of the cutter C are provided inside a tape fold back lower guide walls 20C, 20D, with a tensile spring B for energizing the cutter in a side of the lower limit stoppers.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape applying device in which a tape distal edge is constantly and stably locked to a distal edge of a tape applying part in a static state of correctly applying an adhesive tape to a desired position, and in which separate presser plates are provided on both sides of the tape applying part as separate members from a tape applying member for the adhesive tape to be linearly and neatly applied without being deflected.
      SOLUTION: As the adhesive tape is held on a tape holding part 20, a movable body 10 comprising a tape passage 25 and the tape applying part 30 is operated to be pressed down, so that the tape applying part is integrally moved with the tape passage and the tape holding part. The separate pressing plates 40 and 41 are provided to be movable up and down on both sides of the tape applying part in such a way that lower end parts of the presser plates separately press an applied surface. A flap is thus tightly applied to the applied surface to prevent deflection, thereby the adhesive tape can thus be linearly and neatly applied.

Energizing force F1 to energize the first rocking arm 30 in a tape pulling-out direction X is set to be stronger than an energizing force F2 to energize the second rocking arm 40 in the tape pulling-out direction.

      SOLUTION: A seat material is a composite sheet made by laminating a synthetic resin non-woven fabric sheet and a waterproof film. The composite sheet 1 having a vertically long oblong shape is formed by folding back the upper end part 2 to the non-woven fabric side and overlapping it on a non-folded-back part. Right and left side parts of the overlapping part of the folded-back upper end part 2 and the non-folded-back part are respectively jointed to form a bag part 8. Upon jointing, right and left side parts 7 and lower side parts 10 of the non-folded-back overlapping part are respectively folded to the folded-back upper end part 2 side and the non-woven fabric sheet side to joint the right and left side parts 7 of the non-folded-back overlapping part respectively to the folded-back upper end part 2. The bag part 8 is covered on the upper end part of the backrest of the seat. The non-bag part of the complex sheet 1 is overlapped on the backrest face ad the seat face placing the waterproof face to the seating person side and the nonwoven fabric sheet face to the seat side.
