    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an operation method for variably feeding a molding material and improve the structure of a metering feeder and a molding machine linking with each other.
      SOLUTION: The feeding amount of the molding material (a) is divided into the feeding patterns of different feeding amounts to compose one cycle, and by repeating the cycle, the molding material is quantitatively fed in the heating cylinder 12 of the molding machine 11 in a liquid saturated state to build up the operation method for molding material feeding.     • An apparatus for promoting intermixing of heated fluid streams within a nuclear reactor vessel is implemented in such structural configuration and disposition as to be capable of not only promoting uniform temperature distribution of a heated fluid stream flowing into an outlet nozzle but also reducing flow resistance which the heated fluid encounters within a upper plenum of the reactor vessel. The apparatus is disposed within a upper plenum (40) defined within a nuclear reactor vessel (10) of a nuclear reactor above a core having a low temperature region (a) and a high temperature region (d) where a heated fluid flows at a low temperature and a high temperature, respectively. The upper plenum (40) is hydraulically communicated to outlet nozzles (12) installed at a side wall of the nuclear reactor vessel (10). The apparatus includes heated fluid guide members each having a predetermined short length and installed within the upper plenum (40) for guiding a heated fluid (b′) flowing out from the low temperature region of the reactor core to the vicinity of the outlet nozzle (12).

    • The present invention relates to a creatine amidinohydrolase having the following physicochemical properties: (a) hydrolyzing 1 mole of creatine to generate 1 mole of sarcosine and 1 mole of urea, (b) having a substrate specificity to creatine, (c) having an optimum pH ranging from 6.0 to 7.0, particularly a pH of about 6.5, (d) having a stable pH ranging from 4.0 to 11.0, (e) having an optimum temperature ranging from 50 to 55° C., and (f) having a molecular weight of approximately 92,000 daltons (as measured by gel filtration); and to a method for producing a creatine amidinohydrolase, which comprises, culturing a microorganism having an ability to produce the creatine amidinohydrolase, and recovering the creatine amidinohydrolase from the obtained culture. The creatine amidinohydrolase of the invention is characterized by being insusceptible to bilirubin when measuring creatinine, since its optimum pH is in the weakly acidic range.
