摘要： The present invention provides a dried amnion which is dried with maintaining tissues of a raw amnion and can be easily stored for a prolonged period of time. An amnion which is dried with maintaining cells and tissues of a raw amnion can be produced by repeating a pressure-reducing operation and a pressure-recovery operation several times, the pressure-reducing operation comprising continuously heating a raw amnion placed in a treatment vessel by a far-infrared heater provided in the treatment vessel and reducing the pressure of the inside of the treatment vessel, and the pressure-recovery operation comprising recovering the reduced pressure of the inside of the treatment vessel with heating the amnion by microwaves irradiated from a microwave heating apparatus provided outside of the treatment vessel, and the amnion is characterized by retaining basement membranes and connective tissues which are constituents of the raw amnion.

摘要： An object is to overcome the disadvantages of a conventional lyophilized amniotic membrane or the like which causes damages in a cell membrane or an amniotic membrane tissue and is therefore not suitable for use as a substitute membrane for a membrane tissue in a living body, and to provide a novel medical substitute membrane composed of a dried amniotic membrane, which can be used as a substitute membrane for a membrane tissue in a living body. The dried amniotic membrane is produced by drying a fresh amniotic membrane, which envelopes an embryo of an animal including human, and can be used as a substitute membrane for a membrane tissue in a living body; the dried amniotic membrane is dehydrated and dried so that the dried amniotic membrane can be stored in a dry air in a sterile state; when hydrated again by immersing in water or a buffer solution, the amniotic membrane still has an epithelial cell, a basement membrane and a connective tissue which constitute the fresh amniotic membrane. The dried amniotic membrane is useful as a medical substitute membrane for a membrane tissue in a living body such as a dura mater, a meninx, a pericardium, a pleura and a peritoneum.

摘要： An object is to provide a dried amniotic membrane that promotes regeneration of a tendon and a tendon sheath when a tendon injury has occurred and that reduces loss of the motor function of fingers of upper limbs and lower limbs due to tendon adhesion as a novel regeneration material. As a means for resolution, a dry amniotic membrane is produced by performing a specific drying treatment, that is, during a depressurization operation in which a fresh amniotic membrane placed in a treatment tank is continuously heated by an infrared heater provided in the treatment tank, and the inside of the treatment tank is brought into a depressurized state; and a pressure recovery operation in which the pressure of the inside of the treatment tank in a depressurized state is raised slightly toward the atmospheric pressure, drying is performed while applying energy to water molecules present in the amniotic membrane by irradiating the fresh amniotic membrane with a microwave also from a microwave generator provided in the treatment tank. The dried amniotic membrane retaining of the cell and tissue structures by repeating the treatment of drying a plurality of times promotes regeneration of the motor function of fingers of upper limbs and lower limbs after tendon suture surgery and is useful as a regeneration material.
