    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoulder-tapping device which changes a point blow to a linear blow and a single blow to a plurality of blows using the deflection of a cylindrical pipe having both the rigidity and the elasticity and can execute all of a soft, a medium and a hard blows corresponding to a position of the blow.
      SOLUTION: The subject shoulder tapping bar which is so constituted that weights are inserted in both ends of an acrylic cylindrical pipe having both the rigidity and the elasticity and the central portion is made hollow is coordinated with the shoulder tapping device the circumference of which is wrapped with a shock-absorbing cylindrical pipe sponge. The shoulder-tapping device is the shoulder-tapping bar to blow at the circumferential portion of the cylinder and is so constituted that, when a user blows the shoulder holding one end of the same, the point blow is changed to the linear blow by the deflection of the cylinder, the blow is changed to the plurality of blows by the repulsive power of the deflected cylinder, and the strength of the blow is changed correspondingly to the position of the blow.
