    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving control system for speedily performing a processing for analysis, prediction and control from various viewpoints on the driving of a vehicle. SOLUTION: The driving control system is provided with master DB30 accumulating data generated in association with the driving of the vehicle and a processor 20 processing data based on accumulated data. The processor 20 selectively performs a processing for automatically extracting a cause that a prescribed phenomenon (a traffic accident and the deterioration of a business condition) occurs from accumulated data, a processing for quantizing driving efficiency in an arbitrary period based on accumulated data, a processing for automatically extracting time limit data where the termination of a prescribed contract time limit determined at every vehicle or every driver is within the prescribed period in accumulated data, a processing for predicting the occurrence of the future phenomenon based on the content of present accumulated data and a processing for drawing up a future driving plan based on the analysis result of present accumulated data.
