    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast program editing apparatus which can be easily adopted even in a small-scaled broadcasting station by attaining preparation work reduction, broadcast accident prevention and operability enhancement when using contribution data of raw voices in a broadcast program. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a radio program editing apparatus for creating a queue sheet 30 with contribution data 11 of voice messages as material by moving a graphic symbol using a mouse 42 while displaying an available data display section 51 at a right side, displaying queue sheet creation sections 52, 53 at a left side, and displaying a routine material display section 56, a download section 54, a temporary storage section 55 and transmitted data storage section 57 from the upside in a central area. The contribution data specified by graphic symbols disposed in the queue sheet creation sections 52, 53 without being protruded therefrom are recognized as a material 31 for transmission, a transmission order is determined from the upper side heights of the relevant graphic symbols, and a total sum of broadcasting times of the materials for transmission within the queue sheet creation sections is calculated and displayed.
