    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed-circuit board that uses a small common-mode signal line path, which can well control a crosstalk ingredient at a used broad band. SOLUTION: The printed-circuit board 100 has a structure in which a ground layer 101 and a signal line layer 103 are laminated with an insulating layer 102 between to form a dielectric layer 104 at the upper part of the signal line layer 103 by covering its surface, sets the specific inductive capacity εr of the dielectric layer 104 to a range of 1-40, and can control a cross-talk ingredient in the used frequency band with a range of 0 (DC)-10 GHz. Further, the thickness d of the dielectric layer 104 is set to be in a range of d=0.05h-0.5h with respect to the thickness of the insulating layer 102. By defining sizes of respective parts so that a width W corresponding to the micro-strip line path of the signal line layer 103 and a mutual distance S are in a range where S=0.5W-3W is established, the above-mentioned basic function is obtained, thus making it possible to manufacture a printed-circuit board at various sizes according to intended purposes.
