    • A bike share system with the flexibility to anchor the rental bike anywhere at the end of the trip employs a remotely operable lockbox (40') which incorporates a wireless communication card with a GPS receiver. The lock system includes a scissor clamp (70) for grasping the bicycle seat support post and a pair of extended fingers of the scissor clamp which are retained by the clamshell halves of the lockbox. One arm of a U-shaped retainer can be extended into through-bores of first and second ears positioned on opposing sides of the bicycle wheel to lock the wheel against rotation. A mechanical locking device has teeth which engage with protrusions on the other arm of the U-shaped retainer to prevent its movement relative to the lockbox maintaining the other arm in wheel immobilizing position.

    • A support cushion for children's furniture defines a seat cushion area and a back cushion area and has a seating surface that extends over those areas and is contoured to provide positional support and comfort for a child seated on the cushion. The cushion preferably is a one-piece closed cell foam moulding which is flexible to permit variation in the relative angular orientation between the seat cushion and the back cushion area. The seat includes a raised transverse barrier that is spaced forwardly of the rear of the seat for controlling rotation of the pelvis of a child. The cushion further includes a pair of side support pads that extend forwardly from respectively opposite sides of the back to locate against the trunk of a child and cushion against side-to-side movement.

    • An exercise equipment for use by people in wheelchairs has a stationary frame within which a user can readily located their wheelchair, including attachment structure for securing the lower body of the user to the chair. A guide frame pivotally secured to the stationary frame is readily adjustable in its angle of inclination, which angle defines the plane of displacement in which weight-lifting exercise is performed by the user. A load bar is secured to the guide frame, for displacement therealong by the user, in carrying out their selected exercise. The load bar is connected by its ends in load transfer relation with two sets of selectively adjustable weights. Use of a load bar in sliding relation with a guide frame diminishes the risk of loss of control of the weights. The equipment may be readily used and adjusted in relation to the angle of lift and the required weight load, by a majority of users, despite significant incapacitation.
