      SOLUTION: This plate material for heating is manufactured by mixing true jade powder radiating far infrared ray, in a natural wood material and shaping the same in the form of plate. This floor heating device for a building is constituted by placing a heat insulating mat 3 under a floor of the building, mounting a heat retaining block 4 on the heat insulating mat, then setting a heat conductive plate 5 on the same, arranging a hot water supply pipe 7 in a piping groove of the heat conductive plate 5, and placing the plate material for heating on the same.

An object, e.g. an air conditioner, is dismantled into main components on the work table 9 and immersed into cleaning liquid in the cleaning tank 10 while being suspended by means of a suspender 32 along with the work table 9. Subsequently, the work table 9 is lifted and cleaning liquid is ejected from the cleaning unit 11. Cleaned components are contained in a drawer 23 in the drying chamber 12 and dried by blowing warm air from the hot dryer 15. Dried components are assembled on the work table 9 into an air conditioner which is then installed at the original place.

    • PURPOSE: To obtain the optimum combustion constantly in a captioned pump used for an oil combustion control device of kerosene or the like with a pump and a motor in one body by keeping the discharge amount of kerosene to be non-linear to the number of revolutions of the motor.
      CONSTITUTION: A main shaft gear 110 is fixed on the free end of a shaft 11B of a motor M, and engaged with a speed-change gear 120. The speed-change gear 120 is fixed on a rotational shaft of a vane pump 60, and the rotatary power of the motor M is transmitted to the vane pump 6 via these gears 110 and 120. In a governer mechanism 100, weights 101 are fixed on springs 104, and one shaft 102 is constructed into a fixed shaft, while another shaft 103 into a movable one. A discharge regulation valve 70 is controlled in relation to the shift of this movable shaft 103. For the movable shaft 103, a shift amount almost proportional to the square of the number of revolutions of the motor M can be obtained on the basis of the selection of weights 101 and springs 104. Consequently, the movable shaft 103 is connected with the regulation valve 70 for changing the discharge amount of kerosene almost in proportion to the square of the number of revolutions of the motor.
