    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that can efficiently manufacture a glass product in which off-frost processing is performed.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a glass product that has a frost part (12) of a cloudiness glass shape formed by contacting an etching solution (l) to a processing section (s) of a glass material (10) includes: a masking process in which a masking agent having corrosion resistance to the etching solution is adhered to a part of the processing section to form a mask part (m); an etching process in which the etching solution is made to contact the processing section after the masking process to form a frost part; a burning down process in which at least the mask part is heated after the etching process to burn down the masking agent being at the mask part. The masking agent is clearly removed without leaving any trace by the burning down process, thereby a work to peel and remove a masking film being conventionally necessary can be omitted, and thereby a glass product performed with so called off-frost processing can be efficiently manufactured.
