SOLUTION: The mechanism comprises a tackle-holding member 1 with multiple containing cylinders stood upright in parallel and a member 13 for supporting the tackle-holding member 1, and is so designed that the tackle-holding member 1 can be made tiltable to sea side and boat side and also fixable nearly perpendicularly by engaging a rotating shaft 11 and a positioning shaft 12 each provided on the support column 10 of the tackle-holding member 1 on a rotating shaft hole and a guide groove 16 each provided on the bearing plate 14 of the member 13, respectively.

Thereby, the tackle holding member 1 can be tilted to the sea side and the boat side and fixed even in the nearly vertical direction. A substrate 19 is provided under the supporting member 13 and fastened to the center of a base plate 18 with a horizontal rotating part 20. Thereby, the supporting member 13, together with the tackle holding member 1, can be rotated in the horizontal direction on the substrate 19.

摘要： A starting slurry composed of raw brown coal and a solvent is heated and pressurized, subjected to gas-liquid separation and dehydration and then to hydrogenation/liquefaction. The CO.sub.2 -containing gas produced in the preheating/dehydration step and/or a CO.sub.2 -containing gas supplied from outside the system is blown into the slurry in the above-mentioned preheating/dehydration step, whereby carbonate-forming metal components in the brown coal are converted to the carbonates thereof in advance. In this manner, the hydrogenation/liquefaction efficiency is improved, and stabilized long-term continuous operation is attained.
