摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dual cartridge air dryer having an air-oil separator and valves which may be readily changed.SOLUTION: An air dryer system includes two substantially identical canister-type air dryer units 24, 26. Each dryer unit includes a moist air inlet, a first desiccant, a dry air outlet, and a means for supplying dry air to a storage facility. The system also includes a bleed valve 52 supplying a small portion of the dry air to regenerate a second desiccant, and a first moist air purge valve 46. The system is also operable in an opposite mode and supplies air to the storage facility. A pair of air-oil separators 34, 36 are located between the moist air inlet and the desiccant. In this case, upwardly directed air flows through a housing 110, striking a deflector plate, and escapes beneath a vertically extending fence and through vents containing a filter medium.

SOLUTION: A casing part is covered with an elastomer material 20 which has a circular outer diameter cover 22 provided with an external installation part 24 and a circular axial flange inner surface cover part 26. A circumferentially extending garter spring 38 is embedded in a seal lip body 30 which is provided with a headed comical oil side surface 32 and headed conical air side surface 34. Both surfaces are connected to each other along an acute edge to form a seal band 36 being in contact with a mechanical member. The lip body 30 has an outer surface 39 in the continuous radial direction, and spring positioning device inlet surfaces 40, 42 with fine gaps in the radial and axial directions. The spring can be accurately positioned, accordingly.
